But please keep in mind when booking your tasting and consultation for more than 9 months to a year in advance that cake styles may change. New designs and colors may become a new trend you do not want to miss out on. We do not want you to be disappointed or look at your wedding cake thinking I wish I could have had something else. Therefore I recommend you book your appointment between 3-6 months before your wedding day once you have your reception booked, your dress and flowers all figured out.
